EXCHANGES
Wanderbliss accepts exchanges of unworn jewelry within 10 calendar days of receiving your shipment. Just send us email an at: wanderblissjewelry@gmail.com with your proof of purchase.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging. Pieces must be sent back within 15 days of you receiving your shipment.
REPAIRS
If your item arrived with any issues, please let us know, we're happy to take care of it! We can repair your piece free of cost within the first 30 days of purchase. After that, we're happy to look at the piece and offer a repair for a small fee.
REFUNDS
Wanderbliss Jewelry does not accept returns for refund at this time, but we're happy to work with you on an exchange, or provide you with a credit.
If you'd like to process an exchange, you will need to ship the piece back to us, and cover the cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. As a tiny business, we truly appreciate you understanding this!
If you are shipping an item with a value over $100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We can only offer an exchange once your package has been received.
